Custom Order info

CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS:

*I will personally send a message to the email you provided with your order within 48 hours of purchasing a custom. I will ask your preferred method of communication during the making of your creature. For example: Instagram direct, Facebook messenger, or email. **Unless you've already contacted me ahead of time to discussed your custom**

*Custom creatures (excluding Mini'Ogreclops and Aeroclops) will have detailing added to them. (felt spots / acrylic beads) Unless requested otherwise!
**I completely understand that some people have sensory issues with beads on fabric and am more than willing to leave them off!**

*If needed or asked for, I will email you jpegs of the shapes available for the creature you order. (Custom shapes will also be available here below!*scroll down)

*After you've messaged me back your choices of colors and shapes. I will draw up and send you a design of your custom creature.

*After reviewing the design and if you're satisficed, let me know and I will start making the creature in fabric. If not satisficed, please message back any changes, questions, or concerns you might have. The appropriate changes will be made until you are satisfied with the design.

*Depending on the amount of custom orders, time spent making design choices, and place in line, your order will take between 4-12 weeks to be made, photographed, packaged, and shipped.
